I recently sold an item through the global shipping program to a gentleman in Norway. The transaction ID was 2W30554782341031L. The total price including shipping was £305.99. I have a receipt received by the buyer stating that he was charged £305.99 but for some reason only £294.16 was paid into my Paypal account. Can you explain why?

Your paypal fee is deducted from the buyers payment before the remainder is credited to your paypal account balance.
