My account is limited and I can't get help from a human in PayPal

My account is limited and I can't get real help from PayPal. They say to send a message, but I only get automated answers that are no help at all. Is there any way I can get help from PayPal? 

I need my account balance and I can't use it. Sooooo disapointed with PayPal.

Thanks for the answer. A little late, but thanks. 

I ended up calling, even though I'm not in the UK and the call might cost me a fourtune. It would be great if there was an alternative...

I'm waiting for the situation to be better, but I have to keep waiting... Speed is not a PayPal skill.
