My account in PayPal says I am £168.50 in the red

Hi , my account in PayPal says I owe £168.50 for items that I have bought , I'm not disputing the money but it says I owe it yet my bank account says it has been pain , can anyone help please , I will not phone PayPal to ask because it will cost a fortune as I found out last year also paypals help section needs serious attention

If the transaction failed then the funds should return to your bank account, but only paypal can give you accurate info.
