I can not use my PayPal account for anything what's so ever? Can't use it on eBay can't use it to send money, can't withdraw money, only thing I can do is receive money!
Okay well, they have asked me to provide ID and proof of address, in waiting on 2 bank transfers which take 72 hours according to PayPal, that's all the info I have because that's all I see on my account 🙂
