Hi, I have transferred 200 Australian dollar to a friend through PayPal with 8$ transaction fee however this amount was deducted twice from my bank account rather than just once. This is my second time having problem with PayPal and I am extremely disappointed! How can I get my second $208 refunded ASAP?
