Making a payment

I haven't used my paypal account for a while but all my bank and card details set up are still correct.

I am simply trying to make a payment to a supplier but it fails everytime when I try to pay by card. So I then tried to transfer funds from my bank into my paypal account and that also failed. I have also tried adding a new card and that has failed too.

At my wits end with this now. Any advice as to where I am going wrong would be most welcome.

Hi there!

You're transactions may be failing because you may have not established any transaction in your account for a while. Get in touch with PayPal customer support so they could try to rectify this for you.
