Lots of received payments are all pending

Having scrolled through our payments summary, I notice that nearly every single payment made to us over the last couple of months are all "pending".

Why is this happening? Why can't I have my money that was paid to us? We do not have anything to deliver. We offer a service that others pay for so I don't see why we're having all our payments held/ pending.

Sounds like the new seller hold, if its NOT an Ebay sale then Paypals hold policy for new sellers states funds are released when tracking shows delivery + 7-14 days.

As you can't provide a tracking number you will have to wait the full 21 days.
