I want to lift my receiving limit. I've got to the form asking for my identity and personal details (dob, address etc) and however I fill it in, the 'NEXT' button at the bottom won't take me to the next page! I have tried it using Firefox and also Chrome.
Is there something really obvious that I'm missing?
