Welcome to the community forum.
For the UK money wouldn't be automatically withdrawn to your bank when you receive a payment to your account. What you may be seeing is money refunded. When you make a payment with a debit or credit card and that transaction is refunded, the money will be sent back to the card from which it came.
This is not something we can change as it is a banking regulation but when you receive a payment it will be added to your PayPal balance and kept there for you to spend or withdraw as you choose.
