Hi I am new to pay-pal I have sold something to a member but he is claiming Iran is not available what does he mean..what do I need to do

Thank you for contacting the PayPal Community Forum and welcome as a new member!

 

PayPal does not currently offer their services in Iran. You will not be able to create a PayPal account and operate the account while resident in Iran.
