Hi there

I had a payment put on hold on 6/7/17 for some cups and saucers a customer decided they didn't want once they received them.  Ebay told me I

had to offer to take them back which i did on 12th July. My Paypal payment was put on hold at that time and since then I have been in touch with the buyer

several times but they didn't bother to send them back. I cannot access the transaction on Ebay as it has disappeared off my "Sold" page. I found another way of accessing it but it just says "thank you for agreeing to the return".

I would like to know how I can get my payment released on Paypal now as it has been well over a month and I am not getting the items back now.

I would welcome any advice about this please as I have never had a problem like this before

Kind regards

Jill

Firstly if it was an Ebay transaction / hold then normally Ebay authorise when paypal can release the funds.

So i would contact Ebay first >

If you're contacting from the UK, you can get in touch with eBay at 0845  355  3229. Alternatively, you can get in touch with them through social media, either via Twitter (https://twitter.com/AskeBay) or Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/eBay.co.uk).

and ask them to release the funds, if they say that they have authorised paypal then contact paypal and they should be able to release them for you >

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top. Log in and get the code.

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent.

In the UK its free from any landline phone.
