I am trying to cancel a "pending" transaction but can't find the cancel button !!

Not all pending payments can be cancelled, it depends on how far along they are and which funding source has been used. I'd say calling customer service would be worthwhile, they may be able to cancel it for you.

Is there a cancel option or not?

Did you fund it via an echeque eg bank account payment?
