I have an outstanding balance on my Paypal account, which I am trying to pay. In order to add funds, I have to either add them from my bank account or credit card. If I try to do it from my bank account on the website, I get the message "Please wait while we process your request. This may take a few minutes." and an error notification in the webpage tab - meaning the process is not going any further. If I choose to do it from my card, I am told "The amount you have entered exceeds the add or withdraw funds limit." The amount I am trying to add is only $65.25. When I attempt to add money via my phone app, I am told "You can only add money to your balance from HSBC in GBP." But there is no option in the app to change the currency from usd to gbp. How can I do this in the app, since it is apparently impossible on the website?
