Hi all i have tried 5 times to go through the steps to open a case as i have not had anything. Every time i get to the point of sending seller a messge i click continue and it states theres a problem? I have tried several times and even tried to contact paypal regarding this but no answer. Please help me as its ben since 10/09/2017 that i purchased and i have given enough time as delivery was 1 week thank you
