Hopefully someone can help. I sold an item through Gumtree - I didn't send it quick enough for the buyer (the next day) so they've put in an item not received dispute. The money is being held. I'm trying to send a refund but I don't have enough available funds to do so (obviously - because it's being temporarily held!). What can I do? I don't have any other means to offer a refund.
