Faulty purchase

I purchased a clock through PayPal and it now, after only a few months has stopped working. Sent 2 emails to the company, 1 through their 'contact us' and second general email with no reply on nearly a month. Can PayPal help in a situation like this?

You have up to 180 days to open a dispute for ''item received but not as described'' via the resolve a problem link lower left of your paypal summary page.

 

DO NOT CLOSE IT until you have a cleared refund or a replacement item. Make sure you escalate to a claim if you don't have any luck with the seller for paypal to sort for you and if you are told to send the item back to the seller make sure you send TRACKABLE to prove delivery back to them.
