Does PayPal accept Payoneer Prepaid Debit MasterCard for verification and whatsoever?

I'm afraid our system is not compatible with any Payoneer cards. Sorry for any inconvience this may cause.

We do accpet most cards with any Visa or Mastercard logos. So If you have one of those you should be able to add it without any problems.

Hello PayPal_Matthew or anyone from Paypal

I'm from Portugal and i just have the option to withdrawal money for my bank account. Hi have a neteller account also and a payoneer account. Does anyone know if it is posible to connect my paypal account to my neteller account or payonner? Both of neteller and payonneer have a prepaid card so we can withdraw in ATM machines. As paypal doesnt have that i want to try another ways to withdraw my money instead of directly bank transfer...
