My customer has paid for coins he has received.  Some of the coins he feels are not in as good condition as he had hoped.

How can I refund him an extra discount from my pay pal account?

Hi @JMRa,

Welcome to the community. You can issue a 'partial refund'. Here's how:

1. Go to Activity.
2. Find the payment you'd like to refund.
3. Select the payment to open the details.
4. Click Refund this payment.
5. For ‘Refund amount,’ enter the amount to you want to refund, then click Continue.
6. Review the information, then click Issue Refund.
