Debit card verfication

Hello, My name is Pal Attila.

Sorry for my english,

 

I have a question about debit card verification. I entered my debit card into my PP account and after 2 days i`ve got the 4 digit code. When I  wanted to enter the 4 digit code in paypal ( to verify my account) my debit card disappeared fom the paypal account.  Now on my pp phone application appears this message "you have pending....." but my card is still "invisible" 

What I have to do?

Thank you for your post and welcome to the community!

 

If you entered the verification code and this was not correct, this could be that you requested more than one code. When more than a code is requested, only the latest one will be accepted by our system. The best thing is to double check your card statement to locate if more than a code has been received.

 

In this case, I would recommend you to access directly to your PayPal account from your home PC rather than using the mobile app.  Once you are in your account, please try to add the card again from the profile menu.
