Credit payment denied with new credit account

Today i was approved for a paypal credit account. I changed it to my preferred payment option but when i proceed to check out it denies my payment. Why does it keep doing this? I have a zero balance in my wallet but i dont owe anything on credit either

Welcome to the community forum and thanks for posting.
If you have everything set up correctly it may be that our security system is preventing your payment from completing.
You will find more information on how to prevent this from happening here . Other than those suggestions, make sure that you are logging in securely using a private internet connection.
