On Desktop - I can go right through paying for something on my website redirects to my paypal cart and at the bottom "would you like to create a paypal account" with an opt out option.
On Smartphone and tablets - after I redirect I get "create a paypal account" no opt out option.
It looks like guest login isn't working on mobiles.
