Chargeback - was it actually taken?

Hi

New to this, thanks for your help (in advance).

Customer paid for course on 17th March £252.00

He put on hold on 25th March because he didn't recognise the name.

Says chargeback settlement 4th April in favour of buyer.

Does that mean he got a refund?

I cannot see where it has left my account - or is it that it was never properly in there in the first place?
