Say you sell something online, no proof of it being sold, so someone charges back. Well if you receive the funds and send the to your bank, then get a dispute, will you be in the minus? And what will happen if you just abandon the account? Thank you

Then paypal passes on the debt to a debt collection agency who come a-knocking at your house / place of work etc etc.
