Huy guys. I can't add my card. It is VISA electron and there isnt even the security code on it. But as I heard befor, I need to use last digits of card number. But when I did says "Cannot provide your request now, try again later".
What am I supposed to do?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
