Cancel pending transaction

Hi I would like to cancel pending transaction which is 2 month on pending now. I could see "cancel" button and I dont know how I have to do it.

1. Go to www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your account.
2. Locate the payment in your 'Activity' and click Cancel.

Remember that you can only cancel unclaimed payments. If your payment is complete, you’ll need to contact the recipient of the payment and request a refund.

I don have any 'cancel' option there. All I can see is:

Pending

Statements
