Registered debit card whilst having a few beers on phone app and entered code wrong a couple of times and have been unable to register my debit card to my pay pal account,when I try to do it it says I've exceeded the amount of times I can try to register,rang pay pal earlier told him and couldn't get them to understand that I did the registration posts multiple times and got 2 separate codes which I entered incorrectly and now my card is locked out from been able to register it......Help
