I have just made my PayPal account and added my bank account as I need to buy some bits and I have lost my debit card so I'm able to normally! However when I try checking out with PayPal I get a message saying 'we're sorry we can not complete your purchase at this time' I have verified my bank and I have the money in my bank account to cover this so not sure why this is happening? Any advice as to why or what I can do to solve this? Thanks!
