I have recently move from London to Wales (still in UK).
I want to use my paypal. I had added my new address but it seems to have disappeared for some reason and when I try and add it again or change my primary address to my new address, it says there is a problem and to try later. I keep trying but get same message.
Any ideas why it is not letting me change address?
I have satelite internet in my new house as out in the sticks... But surely that wouldn't cause a problem?
