ok then you may have to select dollars as your primary currency (for this transaction only and change it back afterwards) by clicking on details next to your balance > select manage currencies under the pop up box > mark dollars as your primary currency.
Also check your balance is selected in here..................
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your prefered way to pay and put a dot in the balance option..
