Instead of entering the owner's name of the company i entered the company name in the NAME section and when i go to change it is asking for a photo id / change of name ie marriage certificate etc ..how would a company have a marriage certificate?
Also it is a brand new account and it has limitations? what the heck? I cant add a bank account too ..So please change the name or tell me how to change it?
Sounds so silly for such a basic mistake. It amounts to a legal name change. With PayPal being a financial company it must ask for legal documents to make any change. However silly it sounds. Legal requirement etc...
