My account is limited. Apparently to do with an old account but unwilling to give me any information to help me piece together what's what. Been on hold on the phone for over an hour with no answer. According to paypal records I was last contacted about this in October last year. 6 months ago!!!! Account suddenly limited with no notice and refusing me to withdraw funds I need urgently. Account states I have submitted info which I have no knowledge of. First man I spoke to called Declan called me a liar and refused to help is now not answering any messages.

Sorry but no one here can help you.

 

Your best bet is to phone customer services again and hope you get a more helpful agent.
