About My Paypal account

Hello Everybody,

I'm from Bangladesh and paypal doesn't support our country yet. I created my account few years back by the help of one of my friend who lives abroad. I have balance in it but it's showing limited, i also sucessfully added and verified my mastercard.

I want know how can i withdraw my balance? or can i use my mastercard to shop?

Every suggestion are greatly appreciated and thanks in advance.

Paypal is country specific so you need a paypal account in your own country and add an address / phone number / and bank accounts from within that country.

If you don't then you won't be able to withdraw your funds.

Thank you for your reply. I already changed my account info, I updated my address and phone number from Bangladesh and also give my original info. I'm successfully added my own master card with my paypal account.

It's still showing "limited account" I submitted my government ID but can't submit billing copy as I don't get any bills which mention my name so is it alright if i submit my family bill paper?

Once again thank you so much hope this time I will get some real solution.
