Withdraw Money ( Vietnam )

Hi there ,

On  Mar 12, 2018 , I've withdraw money to my bank account, transaction ID is #2DJ38018FV2528115. But up to now I do not receive anything, and the money still not back to my PayPal account ( although Wire Transfer To Bank Account ’s status Completed )

And I didn't know how to contact to paypal.

Please help me to check it as soon as possible.
