The payment I received still doesn't show up even after I confirmed my account

I received the email notification of a payment of 340 JPY (about 3 USD) to my account, but it doesn't show up at all in my account balance. I've been told that I need to confirm my email address but I've already done that (neither of my emails in my profile says 'Unconfirmed' anymore). I've had this account for a while but this payment is my first actual transaction. What can I do so that the payment reflects properly in my paypal?
