Seller Protection - Buyer did not pay me

HI PayPal community,
I have a client who has been constantly ordering from us, and sends us payment via PayPal. We just send him the total via email and he sends us the money via PayPal.
The bad news is that he has stopped paying us for the recent orders that he had for the later months of last year and have not replied to us ever since.
Is there some sort of protection or coverage PayPal can do for us? If we send him and account and make a dispute, would that suffice?
