Im from the Philippines but I order stuff to the US cause I have family members there. I've had this account for quite awhile now and I've been ordering things for the past few months. Now its asking me for security which is a US number. I can't seem to get a US number because all my family members already have an existing paypal. Pls help. I've ordered a product recently which was an hour ago and for somehow they're shipping it to the old address which is why i really need to login to my other acc pls help asap!! Much appreciated
