Let me guess: Paypal don't even answer your complaints? The only answer you are given is an autogenerated respons with general standardinformation you already know about. And if you look around in this "community", you will see that nobody cares about it anymore, and among them the admin; even the other customers have given up by now, because there is nothing serious or professional about this "help community" anymore.
Paypal is probably the company with the worst support in the world. I hope somebody file a police report soon; this is about our money, and Paypal handle billions of dollars every day. A support like this is totally unacceptable.
