Payment sent to different email not received yet?

Today, I got a payment of 25 USD to a different email address of mine(not associated with any Paypal account). I added that email account to my existing paypal account, made it the primary email address as well, hoping I will get the payment. But nothing showed up.

 

I even clicked on the "Receive your payment" link in the email I got from service @ paypal.com.au (I am hoping that's a legit link?) and logged in from that link, but still nothing. How do I solve this?

Have you added USD as a receiving currency on your Au paypal account?
