My payment was chargeback. How can I repay?

I have a problem with my payment.

I purchased a digital copy of a game online title. My Paypal account is covered with my Visa card.

But my balance was empty on the day I make purchase. So my credit card has been charged.

The next day, my bank notice me that the payment has been cancelled. 

How can I repay that order with my balance? Does it automatic repay?
