Is it possible to use a merchant account Available Balance to pay with Paypal

Hi There,

 

Considering that paypal merchant accounts receive customer's payment, which are counted in an available balance, is it possible to make an online purchase from a store proposing paypal as an option of payment, direclty from a merchant account ?
