I cannot refund the payment without Refund button !

Like as the title.

Today i got a big problem was like my account can no longer use and then i wanna refund the payment to my buyers.

For now i need some help how can i refund the payment without the refund button? Cause there are some payments I did't see the refund button or issue refund or something like that.

That's the most i'm concerning!

And I send that question to Paypal and they give me the position. I followed step by step but still can't do anything!

Click on the transaction in your activity list and the refund option is at the bottom of that ''details'' page.

Thanks for your help! But i tried and didn't see the refund option.

I still don't understand cause i searched in Youtube and i see everybody have that option. For me is nothing!
