I am a developer and new to authorize and capture, billing agreements. I wanted to use this for my clients website at Canada. Can youprovide support by answering the following questions, I am developing this in PHP.
1.Is it possible to create an billing agreement, exactly the same function that Authorize and capture do? or is it (billing agreement is only for recurring payments).
2. If I use authorization capture for my website which is payable at canada, will it be charged extra for using it?
3. If so is there any other option that i can use authorization capture without any extra payments to be paid?
