Hello!
I transfer money from paypal last Oct 10, 2017 around 9am (Philippine Time) to a Philippine local bank (Unionbank). The status of the transfer was just pending for 24 hours then then was changed to completed. up until now the money is still not transferred to my account. it's more than 5 banking days alread. I used this card before with paypal already and that time it was automatic. Right after I withdraw it to bank then it is already available on my account but no when I use it again for the first time then I encounter this problem. I don't know what had happen. I've waiting for this money for 1 week already.
Anyone know what should I do on this?
