Is it normal to be left on hold for a very very long time I'm on 45 mins now and now i have hung up due to me thinking I'm never going to get that time back in my life as now its gone, secondly i would never keep one of my customers on hold for that period of time so find it insulting
Can be a few hours at busy times, stick it on loudspeaker and get on with something else till they pick up?
