One suggestion is for you to take a picture of the documents using the camera in a phone. If that's not available, you could take a screenshot of the documents when the files are open on your computer, and then upload those files.
No matter how the documents are scanned/photographed, please be sure the full document is visible (all four corners), and that the scans/photos are clear enough and light enough to be seen easily.
