Did you have a failed bank transfer or negative balance at all recently?

Had the card expired?

Was the billing address of the card the same as your paypal account address?

Was the name on both card and bank the same name as your paypal account name?

no failed transfer or negative balance.
the card has not expired.
the address is the same.
the names are the same.

everything was working fine and had been or a long time until the last day or so.
the suddenly my card is not showing in my wallet and it wont let me add the card or link my back account.

If everything has been working and you have been using card / bank then why would you be 'linking' it now?

Surely its already been linked and confirmed if you have already been using it?

Did both bank account and debit/credit card suddenly disappear from your wallet?

First clear your cache/history or try another browser or device to link them.

Secondly if no luck then wait 72 hours to allow the system to re-set before trying to add them again.

As long as you don't have any limitations then they should link.

If not then only customer services can help you.
