hey, I was wondering has anyone ever been through this and could provide some insight as of how I resolve this. So I recently sold an item on eBay for about $400 and then after receiving the product the buyer opened a refund case which lead to my Paypal having a negative balance of $400. While the case was still open I made another sale of $200 and the funds went into Paypal and went towards my negative balance. Can someone please explain where my money is going because right now it seems as if I'll be paying the buyer back $400 and giving Paypal $400 and that makes no sense.
