I've already applied for the PPP loan. I was sent to a portal where I was asked to create a user and password as well as more documents to complete the application. I uploaded the requested docs and received a confirmation on screen that we were on to the next step.
Then a couple hours later I got an email saying that I haven't uploaded anything. But when I log in I just get a blank page that says summary.
I cannot find anywhere to go for help. I have filled out the online help request and have heard nothing back.
Does anyone have any ideas?
