I have a problem with my account and was directed to use Paypal chat. Just so you all know, about 10 minutes into trying to resolve something with an agent the session was terminated and then no follow-up by the agent at all...so frustrating as I'm trying to get an issue resolved for 3 days now. Any other ideas....I've tried calling and following the links int eh email they sent me. Unfortunately, the instructions in the email were incorrect so now I sit wondering what to do.
