Hello i'm Clarence a beginner in online selling i have question regarding to my transaction in ebay, the buyer sent me sales invoice for the the payment of my item when i print the label there's an error it says it need to check your paypal acct. and when i check the history it says "PAYMENT IS ON HOLD" how can i resolve this issue hopefully you can help me guys thank you so much highly appreciated...
